Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to support daily office operations and conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects. This role plays a key part in client retention, appointment setting, and cross-selling insurance products.
Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to support daily office operations and conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects. This role plays a key part in client retention, appointment setting, and cross-selling insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, renewals, and leads
- Schedule appointments for agents
- Conduct policy review and retention calls
- Assist clients with basic policy questions (English & Spanish)
- Process applications, renewals, and policy changes
- Maintain accurate client records in agency systems
- Support marketing and referral follow-up efforts
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year administrative, customer service, or call center experience
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Insurance experience preferred (license a plus)
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
